Handyman

MPS can complete a full line of repairs to maintain your property. Work is completed by faxed, emailed work orders or we are a phone call away. We have crews on the road everyday servicing customers with last minute repairs.

Painting

MPS does painting on the interior and exterior from the ground to the roof while using quality paints and epoxies. Drywall repairs are made from small holes to full sheets.

Customer Service

From start to finish we keep the customer up to date on our progress, someone is a phone call away if there are questions. Updates are given daily with our specialized software tailored to our business.

MPS can update and add Audio, Visual, intercom Systems, cameras and Building Access.

Includes Sound/Music. T.V.'s, entrance gate intercoms, building intercoms and building access and home audio/visual.

Building Inspections

Have a high water bill?

MPS will do complete property unit inspections looking for water leaks in bath tubs, sinks and toilets. Once complete we will turn over inspections forms showing the condition of each unit’s water problems.

Have a water leak?

MPS can locate water leaks coming from balconies, foundations, Interior water supplies, roofs, siding and windows. Repairs can also be made once problem is located.

Have a high electrical bill?

MPS will do interior and exterior inspections of lighting usage and give ways to save on your electrical lighting. We can assist in changing light fixtures out to save you money.

Life safety systems -

Exit and emergency lighting installation and repairs. MPS will do property inspections with the fire department to confirm all repairs.

Audio Visual

MPS will inspect and can update building intercoms, Gate Entry Systems, Security Cameras, building audio, and visual.

Intercoms can be updated with new cellular based systems which can include pictures and video.
